Call for Contributions 2019-01-23T08:33:45+00:00

All high-quality research contributions describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work are cordially invited for the paper/poster presentations at the conference. All participants whose abstracts are accepted are eligible to present at the conference without the necessity to submit a full paper.

Conference Proceedings
All submitted conference papers will be blind peer reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The peer-reviewed conference proceedings are indexed in the International Science Index (ISI), Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, Zenedo, OpenAIRE, BASE, WorldCAT, Sherpa/RoMEO, and other index databases.

Special Journal Issues
Selected papers will have the opportunity to be considered for publication in several Springer journals as a special issue according to their level of contribution. Desalination and Water Treatment Journal is one of the journals where the selected papers will be published in a special issue. The paper selection will be carried out during the peer review process. Submitted papers must not be under consideration by any other journal or publication. The final decision for paper selection will be made jointly based on peer review reports by the Guest Editors and the Editor-in-Chief. The participants who do not attend and present their work at the conference will not be considered for paper publication in any journal.
